The Greder Dental team tries to provide dentistry services in a comfortable and welcoming environment. As often as possible, one of our dentists will sit down with new patients as soon as they arrive for their first appointment. We’ll spend a few minutes in the consultation room discussing your dental health history and any goals you may have. Then, a skilled hygienist will collect digital x-rays and intraoral photos, complete a periodontal (gum) disease screening, and usually, perform a cleaning. If patients are suffering from gum disease, we may need to recommend more advanced cleanings to renew oral health. Then, the hygienist or one of the dentists will walk you through any areas for concern found on our x-rays. Before you leave, the dentist will explain current issues and plan for ongoing care to renew or maintain the optimal level of oral health.
Patient Forms
We encourage patients to complete their new patient information forms prior to their first appointment. These documents are all available here, and most patients find it much easier to download and complete the forms at home where they have access to all of the information requested on the forms. If you have questions while filling in these forms, give our team a call. We’ll be happy to help. Patients who would like to complete their forms in the office, should allow at least fifteen additional minutes prior to their scheduled treatment time to complete the forms.
Insurance Accepted
Dental insurance is an investment patients make to offset the costs of their annual dental care, and we will do our utmost to maximize each patient’s coverage. We are in-network providers with several popular plans, and our knowledgeable team members are happy to process and file claims for PPO providers.
