OUR DENTAL TEAM

Our dental hygienists

Our dental hygienists help patients obtain optimal oral health.  They perform a comprehensive evaluation of the patient’s current and potential oral health conditions by reviewing health history, taking digital radiographs, exploring the dentition, doing full mouth probing to evaluate possible periodontal disease, and performing plaque indexing, scaling and polishing.

They devise and discuss treatment plans with patients and the doctor. Treatment plans may include restorative work, scaling and root planing, the use of local antibiotics and citric acid and oral hygiene instructions. They also confirm patients, make appointments, work on recalls, and monitor supplies.

Claudia attended Creighton University for two years and transferred to the dental hygiene program at Wichita State University when she was accepted into the program.  She graduated in 1976 with a B.S. in dental hygiene, then worked for her father’s dental practice in Kansas before moving to Omaha.  She’s been with Dr. Greder for 29 years.  Claudia is married and raising four children, and she enjoys spending time with her family and her friends.  She also likes attending sporting events, reading, and photography.

She has earned a license in local anesthesia. She enjoys working out, scrapbooking and spending time with friends and  family.

Juli has been employed by the Greder Dental Group for 15 years.  She earned her B.S. degree in oral hygiene from the University of Iowa.  She is licensed in local anesthesia.  Juli likes reading, music, cross-stitch and spending time with her family.

Lisa T. worked with the Greder Dental Group as a dental assistant for a year and a half before graduating from Iowa Western Community College (in conjunction with Creighton University) with an associate degree in dental hygiene in 2004.  She’s been working as a dental hygienist ever since. She had previously earned a degree in marketing and held jobs in that field until she changed professions. Lisa is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and enjoys exercising, playing soccer, spending time with family and friends, scrapbooking and reading.

Our Care Pairs

To provide you with the most personalized care, we have the same dental assistant, and the same front desk person work with you each time you call or visit our office.  That means you’ll always know the right person to call or to talk to when you have a question or concern about your treatment.

We call this our “care pair” system.  We want your “care pairs” to get to know you so they can give you special attention—and we hope you’ll get to know them and to feel comfortable sharing any of your concerns with them as well.

Cheryl is a certified dental assistant who helps the doctor, schedules appointments, makes temporaries and impressions, and sterilizes instruments.  She’s also responsible for inventory and ordering supplies, posting payments, taking x-rays and handling lab work.  She’s a member of Dr. Mack Greder II’s Care Pair team.

Cheryl has an associate degree in dental assisting from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Nebraska.  Her experience includes working for a pedodontist and for an orthodontist.

Her interests outside of work include sports and outdoor activities.

Linda, a certified dental assistant, covers the front desk and serves as the financial part of the Care Pair for Dr. Jennifer Greder. She meets and greets patients, answers the phones and handles insurance and collections.  She helps all the doctors as an assistant when she’s needed.

During her free time, Linda enjoys volleyball, scrapbooking and boating.

Teresita is a dental assistant tech and part of Dr. Jennifer Greder’s Care Pair.  Her job includes doing everything she can to help the doctors treat patients.  She also makes and confirms patient appointments and does some collections for accounts.
